Community Supported Agriculture

We don't intend for this to be a food blog. Mostly we want to share pictures from our life and the stories behind them. But we have to start somewhere, so why not with some of the dishes we've made from the first delivery from our farm share?

First we have squash blossom poppers. We heard these spoil quickly, so we made these the first night. A cheese mixture stuffed inside the blossoms, breaded and baked.

Next we had this delicious, mostly vegetarian pizza. Surprisingly (to Zach), it didn't really even need the meat. The variety of fresh vegetables (green onions, arugula, peppers, jalapenos) was more than adequate.

Sweet and sour chicken. Farm share items included mini ears of corn (baby corn?), peppers and Asian greens.
